Assistant Manager

 

Ü     Migration of various processes:- Conducting the feasibility study, process documentation, preparing cost benefit analysis, ensuring the smooth migration of the process, coordinate with both process owners  and also ensuring business as usual status.

 

Ü     KPI score card:- Collecting data from various sources/departments, validating the data, preparation of KPI score card, trend analysis, GAP analysis, coordinate with branches for various deviations/data requirement, publishing the final score card.

 

Ü     Expense Analysis:- Preparing cost MIS for various cost centres, identifying GAP, trend analysis, exploring reasons for major deviations, identifying areas where cost reductions can be implemented, preparing cost vs budget deviations, coordinating with branches for various expense related issues.

Ü     Manpower Analysis:- Analysis of manpower for various business units, monitoring productivity MIS, preparation of volume-manpower chart, deviation analysis, assuring optimum utilization of manpower, identifying cost impact analysis fir alternate channels if required, forecasting of manpower for newly launching products, coordinating with HR for various issues like incentives, other benefits to be given etc.

Ü     Transfer Pricing:- Preparing transfer pricing for various business units on a quarterly basis, defining new logics on the basis of  transfer pricing can be done for newly launched products between different business units, coordinating with various business heads for finalization of transfer pricing.

Ü     Preparation of Estimates for Cost/Income:- Preparation of estimates for various products/business units on a periodical basis, forecasting of cost/income on need basis to management, reviewing of targets given to branches/business units on need basis, reallocation of  targets, analysis cost-income ratio etc.

Ü     Preparation of cost benefit Analysis :- Preparation of cost benefit analysis for various projects that has to be migrated to India from UK.

Ü     Preparation of Contract MIS:- Preparation all contract related MIS for all UK entities like non profitable clients,segmentwise, renewal database etc.

Ü     Preparation of Complaint MIS:- Preparation complaint MIS for all units & analyzing the same in detail & present it to management.

Ü     Preparation of various log files like PEP/Sanctions/Credit Check/Training etc:- Preparation & maintenance of various log files like PEP checking, credit checking, training updates, Bank of England Sanctions list etc.

 

Ü     Migrating various process from UK:- Completed successful migration of various business risk/finance processes for Business Risk like PEP checking, credit checking, examination bookings, complaint mis, contract mis etc from UK to India & monitoring the same.

 

Ü     Profit & Loss A/c. for all retail branches:- Collecting data for cost/income from various sources/departments, validating the data, preparation of P&L, trend analysis, GAP analysis, coordinate with branches for various deviations/data requirement, publishing the final P&L.

Ü     Risk Assessment:- Conducting risk assessment for various processes, identifying operational risks, conducting RCA and suggesting controls and preparing risk registers and preparing top risk MIs etc

 

Ü     Budgeting:- Preparation of budgets for all units , coordinating with business heads for future targets finalization, validation of the targets, estimating targets for newly launched products, preparing various presentations for management, allocation of the finalized budget between various units like branch wise, product wise etc.

Ü     Preparation of Ad-hoc MIS:- Preparation of various ad-hoc MIS for various products as per requirement from management.

Ü     Successfully completed migration of various processes from UK to India and streamlined operations.

Ü     Completed the Risk Assessment for all process and prepared Risk registers in place.
